Payment terms:Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 30.60, 90, or 120 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier (if possible and at the participant’s choice).
The delivery price remains unchanged until the expiration of the contract.
Transportation costs to the field of Novy Urengoy (within a radius of 200 km from the city) are included in the price of the Goods.
The supplier carries out the required customs procedures, if necessary, in accordance with applicable law and at its own expense.
Delivery terms:The acid composition should contain enriching additives - corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, iron stabilizer, demulsifier, etc. The enriching additives (their concentration) included in the acid composition should provide the necessary properties of working solutions of acid compositions in accordance with the requirements.
For 2020, the need for 33 operations, including non-guaranteed volume.
The volume of one operation is 25 m3.
The indicated cost should include delivery to the fields to the well of Novy Urengoy (within a radius of 200 km from the city).

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
