To complete Stage 1, you must submit the following documents to the email address VORozhkov@beeline.ru no later than 13:00 (Moscow time) on November 14, 2022 (in the subject of the letter, specify "The name of the organization. Hiden 300kW UPS supply"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.
Documents for passing Stage 1:
1. Appendix 1. Participant's questionnaire. It is necessary to fill in and send in Word format and a signed scan with a seal in PDF;
2. Appendix 2. Declaration of Conformity and Appendix 4. KP Request Form. It is necessary to fill in and send in Excel format and a signed scan with a print in PDF;
3. Technical description. It is necessary to provide a technical description of the proposed equipment;
4. Appendix 5. Certificate of conformity of the supplier. It is necessary to fill in and send in Word format and a signed scan with a seal in PDF;
5. Provide a certificate from the tax service on the absence of arrears in the submission of tax reports and payment of taxes.
*The package of accompanying documentation must be archived. Please note that the "Block factor" criterion in the qualification requirements is a mandatory compliance criterion.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants qualified by Category and meeting mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in the procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.
