Auto-extension

To participate in the purchase requires:
Submit a Model Business Offer (CP) and participant questionnaire (see attachments) via the trading platform interface or to the NOT-for-profit procurement department of MODIS. Documents (completed by KP and questionnaire) must be provided in an editable format, as well as in a non-editable format — scans in pdf signed with the organization's seal. It is not allowed to change the CP conditions, delete or add rows and columns, or change the structure of tables.
Upon review of the documents provided, copies of constituent documents, company balance, electronic extract from EGRUL, and good faith documents may be requested.
