Обоснование: 1. На основании п.1.4.11 документации о закупке и п. 5.5.12 Приложения №2 Положения о закупках АО «ЮНИС» признать процедуру закупки несостоявшейся - только один из Участников закупки, подавших заявки, признан Участником закупки.
2. На основании п. 5.5.14 Приложения №2 Положения о закупках АО «ЮНИС» заключить договор с участником закупки, признанным единственным участником закупки.
