Payment terms:
Payment for the Products/Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Parties of the UPD/consignment note) when providing the Buyer with a full set of accompanying documents for payment for the Products/Batch of Products. In case of concluding an agreement with SMIS: Payment for the products/batch of Products is made by the buyer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the Buyer of the signed and VDD (universal transfer document) /consignment note) sent to him by the Supplier on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
