- Application form (form No. 1);
- Quotation (form No. 2);
- HPI Certificate;
- Bookkeeper for 2014-2016, 3 kV. 2017;
- VAT declaration for 2016 g.
- Documents certifying the quality of products.
- Letter of guarantee the unconditional signing of the draft Treaty as amended by the buyer.
- A letter of guarantee that products are not over the year 2017 as well as batteries are fully charged and ready for use
- A letter stating that an offer is designed in full accordance with the TK or information on proposed alternatives (equivalents).
