2. certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) and an extract from USRLE
3. certificate of state registration of changes to the constituent documents of a legal entity
4. certificate of registration with the tax authority
5. Extract from the EGRPO (Goskomstat codes)
6. Decision of the founder / shareholder, Minutes of the general meeting of shareholders / participants, Order of appointment
7. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, issued no later than 30 days before the date of conclusion of the contract (copy);
8. Document confirming the authority of the person signing the agreement (power of attorney, protocol (decision) of the founders on the appointment of the head of the legal entity, etc.) (copy);
9. Counterparty card indicating all the necessary details of the legal entity: location address, postal address, bank details, contact phones (copy).
10. Certificates, documents confirming the right to be an official representative (dealer)

13. - financial statements (form No. 1 and form No. 2) for the last reporting year with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
14. - declarations on income tax for the last reporting period and for the year preceding the current one, with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
15. - VAT declaration for the previous 2 reporting quarters with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
16. - information on the average number of employees for the last reporting year (form according to KND 1110018) (copy);
17. - property tax declaration for the last reporting year with a stamp of the tax authority on acceptance (copy);
18. - certificate of ownership, lease agreement, letter from the lessor, etc., confirming the ownership or other right to use the premises, the address of which is indicated in the constituent documents as the location of the potential counterparty
19. - a certificate from the Federal Tax Service confirming the absence of an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, fines and other mandatory payments payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees.
Each participant must provide information on the number of employees (at least 4 people) and on the availability of warehouse, production facilities (with a copy of supporting documents). Proposals from participants who do not meet the stated criteria will NOT be considered!
