The offer can be submitted both for one position from Appendix No. 1 and for several.
The brand of drinks will be selected at the minimum cost of the offer. For each type of drink, one winner will be selected who meets all the requirements indicated in Appendices No. 4-5 and offers the minimum value of the offer.

The list of documents that should be in the offer package:
1) Commercial offer in the format of Appendix No. 2 to this Request (on official letterhead with signature and seal);
2) A copy of the letter from the official distributor (if the Participant is not a distributor himself) about the readiness to supply the proposed alcohol;
3) A copy of the distribution agreement;
4) A copy of the current license for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages;
5) The completed Questionnaire of the supplier in the form of Appendix No. 3 (in Word and PDF formats with the signature and seal of the responsible person);
6) Completed Appendix No. 5 Declaration of compliance with the Customer's requirements (in PDF format with the signature and seal of the responsible person)
