Payment terms:advance payment of 30% of the value of the Products shall be paid within 2 (two) working days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Payment second payment in the amount of 70% of the production cost is paid by the buyer within 10 (ten) working days after the signing of the Act on provision of services by both sides and getting Buyer invoices and other required for payment the documents stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.

The contractor shall have the right to request clarification on this documentation from the Buyer. Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing at the e-marketplace.
