Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 45th (forty-fifth) calendar day from the moment of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note TORG-12, copies of the goods and transport documents issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.$
Delivery terms:1. The price of the offer shall include all costs of the Applicant related to the performance of obligations, excluding VAT and including transportation costs.
2. The price of the offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.
3. The cost of NPR/SMR services in the commercial offer, specify a separate line to each item for which the Work is required (according to the questionnaires).
