3) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement within 2 working days according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
