Payment terms:Payment of 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of transfer of ownership of the goods on the basis of original invoices, consignment note (TORG-12) and commodity-transport document drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods is carried out within the time specified in the specification.
Supplier undertakes to supply a new, not used, the goods
Supplier transports (delivery) of the goods to the destination.
The obligations of the Supplier for the supply of (transfer) of goods deemed to be fulfilled at the time of transfer of goods to the Buyer (consignee) in the place of destination.
To goods necessarily accompanied by the following supporting documents:
- packaging sheets;
- data sheets (where applicable);
- quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the goods;
- warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the term of the warranty;
- documents confirming the passage of the goods customs procedure of release for domestic consumption (applicable for foreign-made goods);
- RTN permission to use the goods (where applicable).
The technical documentation must comply with the requirements established by the relevant technical regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable).
Passports and operating instructions for imported goods should be performed in Russian.
This product must be packed in containers ensuring proper preservation of the goods from any kind of damage and the total or partial loss during transport and meets the requirements (specifications) requirements for packaging and packaging of this kind.
On each container supplier shall provide the packing list in Russian.
This product must contain a special commodity and the markings in accordance with GOST or TU, with the obligatory indication of information in Russian. All additional costs and damages incurred by the Buyer as a result of inadequate or incorrect markings borne by the Supplier.
