Требования к поставщику:
В составе заявки Поставщик должен предоставить действующее письмо от производителя оборудования (Hewlett-Packard, DELL, Fujitsu) (авторизационная форма производителя), выполненное на имя Заказчика, содержащее название конкурса, о том, что производитель предоставляет поставщику право продавать оборудование данного производителя в Российской Федерации, участвовать в указанном конкурсе, вести переговоры и заключать контракт с Покупателем в отношении продуктов/услуг, производимых или поставляемых данным производителем оборудования, а также о том, что производитель будет, в пределах предусмотренных соответствующим контрактом с авторизованными партнерами, предоставлять поддержку и гарантийный сервис в отношении продуктов данного производителя, приобретенных через ее авторизованных партнеров.
