2) The submitted application for participation should contain key information on the goods offered for delivery, the terms and conditions of delivery.
3) The customer has the right to amend the Notice of the request for proposals and the Documentation of the request for proposals at any time before the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the Request for Proposals, and also refuse to conduct the Request for Proposals at any time before summing up its results.
4) The customer has the right not to enter into an Agreement based on the results of the Request for Proposals.
5) The request for proposals is not a tender (competition, auction) or public tender in accordance with Articles 447–449 of the first part and Articles 1057–1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and the Customer established by the specified articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation .
