Comments:
The right to conclude an agreement for the supply of equipment after passing the accreditation from the Customer.
1. The product must be new (not used)
2. If a manufacturer of IT equipment is indicated, then supply of similar models from another manufacturer is not allowed.
3. The request specifies the minimum technical specifications for IT equipment.

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
