Comments:
The right to conclude a contract for the supply of equipment after passing the accreditation from the Customer.
1. The item must be new (not used)
2. If a manufacturer of IT equipment is specified, then delivery of similar models from another manufacturer is not allowed
3. The request specifies the minimum technical specifications for IT equipment.

This procedure is not a competition, its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Organizer.
