Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate of the Goods, the consignment note (unified form TORG-12) and the provision of original primary documents: invoice, invoice, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods supplied and accepted by the Buyer.
