Payment terms:Payment for a batch of Goods is made by the Buyer by bank transfer by transferring funds within 10 (Ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the request for proposals in electronic form to the winner’s bank account.
Delivery terms:The winner is obliged to start the delivery of goods from the moment of signing the contract by both parties. The contract shall enter into force upon signature by both parties. In case of violation of the deadline, provide for the possibility of termination of the contract unilaterally.
Each batch of Goods is supplied by the Supplier within 10 (ten) calendar days, based on an application from the Customer.
