Payment terms:
Payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of payment not less than 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date of signing by the parties of the TORG-12), provided the Buyer is given complete set of documents for payment of Products
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Products is carried out by rail or road transport by means of the Supplier to the railway station of destination of the Consignee or the warehouse of the Consignee, respectively.
Packaging shall ensure the safety of the Products from damage and damage during transportation by all modes of transport, handling and storage. The packaging is irrecoverable. Marking and distinctive color of products must comply with the requirements of GOST 4666-2015 "Pipe Fittings. Marking requirements". The products are supplied complete with all related accessories, and accompanied by documentation in Russian (technical data sheet, certificates of compliance with technical requirements) regulations, provisions of standards, codes, GOSTs, established for this type of product, manuals, other documents supplied by the manufacturer, including those containing information about warranty, availability of service centers, addresses and ways of communicating with them, etc.). The scope of delivery is preliminary and will be specified by the Buyer according to the current need. Early delivery of the Products shall be made only with the written consent of the Buyer. The Buyer has the right to refuse to accept the Products according to the agreed specification in case the delivery of the Products is overdue for more than fifteen calendar days.
