Payment for the Devices is made by the Payer to the Supplier upon delivery of the Devices, on the basis of an invoice for payment issued by the Supplier, within 30 (thirty) calendar days (or 15 (fifteen) working days for SMEs) from the date the Consignees signed the consignment note (TORG-12) or UPD, provided that the Devices are supplied of proper quality and in proper completeness, the acts of incoming control are signed by the Consignees without any comments, and the documents named in clause 4.8 of this Agreement are provided in full
