2) It is obligatory to provide a completed commercial proposal, according to the attached application form for participants, approved by Urals Capital LLC, as well as a FULL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TS.
3) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with LLC "TRANSSERVICE", which is a part of the Group of Companies LLC "Urals Capital"
