Payment terms:
Начальная максимальная цена договора: 2340000 (два миллиона триста сорок тысяч) , в т. ч. НДС. Начальная (максимальная) цена договора включает в себя стоимость продукции, а также стоимость сопутствующих работ/услуг, транспортные и командировочные расходы, связанные с исполнением договора, а также все налоги, пошлины и прочие сборы и расходы.
Порядок оплаты услуг:
• Заказчик проводит предоплату в размере 50% стоимости продукции в течение 10 банковских дней со дня заключения договора и выставления счета на оплату.
• Расчеты за выполнение работы производятся по выставленным Поcтавщиком счетам, счетам-фактурам и товарно-транспортным накладным.
• Заказчик проводит оплату остатка денежных средств по договору в течение 30-ти календарных дней с момента получения товара и документов, подтверждающих исполнение заказа.
