2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
4) If the supplier participates in the auction, it means that he agrees, in case of announcement of his winner, to conclude a delivery contract within two days according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) The contract is concluded with LLC NVDS, which is part of the LLC Urals Capital Group of Companies
