Обоснование: Комиссия рассмотрела вторую часть Предложения участника закупки на соответствие требованиям, установленным документацией о проведении запроса предложений, и соответствие участника закупки требованиям, установленным документацией о запросе предложений.
На основании результатов рассмотрения второй части предложения на участие в запросе предложений, комиссией принято решение о допуске участника закупки к участию в запросе предложений и о признании участником запроса предложений ООО «ТЕХИНКОМ-ЭКСПРЕСС". В соответствии с п. 1 ч. 12.5 раздела II документации о проведении запроса предложений запрос предложений признан несостоявшимся.
