Обоснование: В связи с тем, что по результатам рассмотрения заявок принято решение о допуске только одного участника, предлагается признать закупку несостоявшейся.
Основание: п. 7.5.2 б) Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ОАО «МРСК Сибири»: «Конкурентная процедура также признается несостоявшейся, если по результатам рассмотрения заявок принято решение о допуске только одного участника».
Предполагается провести повторно открытый запрос предложений на право заключения договора на поставку автокрана на шасси УРАЛ 4320 грузоподъемностью 25 тонн для нужд филиала ОАО «МРСК Сибири» - «Хакасэнерго» на ЭТП www.utp.sberbank-ast.ru.
