Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата производится Заказчиком в два этапа:
- аванс в размере 50% от общей стоимости Договора производится Заказчиком путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней после подписания договора;
- окончательный расчет в размере 50% от общей стоимости Договора производится Заказчиком путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней после подписания акта выполненных работ и выставления Подрядчиком счета на оплату окончательного расчета.
Оплата за выполненные работы осуществляется по безналичному расчету, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика
Delivery terms:В течение 25 (двадцати пяти) рабочих дней с момента получения аванса.
