Auto-extension

Payment terms:Заказчик оплачивает 50% от стоимости заказанной партии Товара в течение 10 дней со дня выставления счета Поставщиком на данную партию Товара. Окончательный расчет за поставленную партию Товара производится в течение 30 дней после подписания товарной накладной (форма ТОРГ-12) или иного первичного учетного документа, соответствующего действующему законодательству РФ.
Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется на склад Заказчика за счет средств Поставщика.
Срок поставки: Поставка Товара осуществляется партиями, по заявкам Заказчика в период с момента подписания договора до 28 февраля 2018 года. Доставка Товара до г. Магадана осуществляется воздушным транспортом.
Заявленный Товар должен быть поставлен в течение 20 дней с момента оплаты 50% от стоимости заказанной партии Товара.
