Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's APPLICATION and the documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the terms of service provision), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure on the letterhead of their organization. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. To provide upon request for proposals:

- Partner card;
- Commercial proposal
- TIN certificate;
- Boom balance;
- VAT declaration
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.

ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE NAMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CONTENT
