1) Participation of only manufacturers or official dealers.BE SURE TO ATTACH A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING THE OFFICIAL DEALER OR MANUFACTURER.
2) IT IS MANDATORY TO PROVIDE A COMPLETED COMMERCIAL OFFER (in excel format), according to the attached application form for participants approved by Urals Capital LLC, as well as A FULL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED VEHICLE, otherwise, THE APPLICATION WILL BE REJECTED!!!
3) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, it means that he agrees, if he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to deliver on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with LLC "Ugra-Service", which is part of the Group of Companies LLC "Urals Capital";
