Обоснование: - в соответствии с пп. 3 п. 5 ст. 42 Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг АО «ОЭЗ ППТ «Липецк» (далее – Положение) пп. 3 п. 12.5 части 12 раздела II документации о проведении запроса предложений отказать в допуске к участию в запросе предложений ООО «Автомир-Тендер» (регистрационный номер Предложения № 1) - на основании ч.1 ст.11 Положения, пп.1 п. 14.1 части 14 раздела II документации о проведении запроса предложений в электронной форме (далее – документация) - несоответствие заявки на участие в закупке требованиям документации о закупке, а именно:Предложение ООО "Автомир-тендер" не соответствует техническому заданию документации о проведении запроса предложений. В Предложении участника запроса предложений ООО "Автомир-тендер" указан гарантийный срок на автомобиль – 2 года без ограничения по пробегу; требования технического задания документации - не менее 48 месяцев или 120000 км пробега
