Within 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations;
in the event that, based on the results of the purchase, an agreement is concluded with a counterparty that is a small and medium-sized enterprise, the term for payment for the delivered Products under the agreement is no more than 15 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
