The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата производится в безналичном порядке, на расчетный счет Поставщика в течение 10 банковских дней с момента подписания товарных накладных обеими сторонами и надлежащего оформления необходимых документов (предоставления счёта-фактуры, товарно-транспортной накладной).
Точные срок и порядок оплаты формируются в Коммерческом предложении и указываются в договоре. Заказчик имеет право производить частичные платежи по договору.
