Окончательная оплата Покупателем Товара в размере 70% от цены, указанной в п.3.2. Договора, производится в течение 5 (Пяти) банковских дней после передачи (поставки) Товара в соответствии с п.2.5. настоящего Договора и предоставления документов в соответствии с п.2.7. настоящего Договора.
