Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment is made upon delivery within 5 (five) banking days after the signing of the Act of acceptance and providing a package of documents processed properly.

b) delivery of the goods from the supplier to the customer are carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier if the supplier warehouse, from which shipment is located on more than 450 (four hundred and fifty) kilometres from the warehouse of the customer.
Delivery of the goods to the customer warehouse is carried out only by rail.
