Payment terms:- prepayment of 30% of the total amount of the specification within 5 (five) business days from the date of the contract;
- payment in the amount of 40% of the total amount of the specification within 5 (five) working days from the moment the Buyer receives a notice of the readiness of the product for shipment;
- final payment of 30% within 10 (ten) business days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the acceptance certificate.

Comments:
1) Participation only of manufacturers, or official dealers. MANDATORY ATTACH A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING THE OFFICIAL DEALER OR MANUFACTURER.
2) IT IS OBLIGATORY TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED COMMERCIAL OFFER (in excel format), according to the attached application form for participants, approved by Urals Capital LLC, as well as a FULL TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFERED TS (TCH), otherwise, THE APPLICATION WILL NOT BE REJECTED !!!
3) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement within 2 working days according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
6) The agreement is concluded with LLC Transservice, which is part of the Group of Companies LLC Urals Capital;
