Delivery terms:
car crane on chassis KAMAZ/URAL NEXT/IVEKO is designed for carrying out of lifting operations in conditions of hard-to-reach places and difficult climatic conditions.
Road operating conditions by road category-I-III;
Climatic conditions of operation-3rd category (from-40C to + 40C);
Basic requirements to the terms of delivery:
a. The car (and its elements) should be new, 2016 year of release, previously unused and not restored;
b. The car must be in a technically serviceable condition, without damage, traces of recovery and concealment of the ACCIDENT;
c. The vehicle must comply with all safety requirements applicable to such products in the Russian Federation and have an environmental class not less than 4th;
d. Pre-sale preparation should be carried out by car;
e. The car must be delivered to the buyer in its purest form and usable for further operation, without any additional modifications;
f. The vehicle must be equipped with a ZIP and a package of documents necessary for registration, operation and maintenance;
g. Order, terms and conditions of exchange of substandard products in accordance with the terms of the enclosed contract;
Requirements to the accompanying documentation.
The provider provides a package of technical documentation that should contain:
a. Vehicle passport;
b. Contract of purchase and sale of a vehicle (form agreed for registration in traffic police);
c. Manual of the vehicle;
d. Service book;
e. Passports and certificates of conformity for all equipment, installed additionally on the chassis of the KAMAZ vehicle;
f. Operating instructions for all equipment installed in addition to the chassis of the KAMAZ vehicle;
g. Drawings and schematic diagrams (electro, pneumatic, hydro wiring) Installation of additional equipment installed additionally on the chassis of the KAMAZ vehicle;
h. A copy of the vehicle type approval certified by the manufacturer.
Vendor guarantees.
a. The supplier provides a warranty on the car in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer's warranty (12 months from the date of commissioning, or 75 thousand km. mileage);
b. The supplier provides a guarantee for the additional equipment installed on the car for a period not less than the warranty period of the manufacturer of this equipment (but not less than 1 year from the beginning of commissioning);
c. The supplier guarantees free removal in the shortest, technically possible period of defects caused by his fault and found during the warranty period, as well as replacement of parts that have failed during this period;
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To the offers in electronic form to participants of this procedure IT IS NECESSARY to attach all necessary documents at the moment of opening of envelopes with submission of the offer signed by the authorized person and stamped Organization Party to this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or distributor (supporting documents the participant provides simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The pricing mechanism must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
