Payment terms:Advance is not provided.
Settlements for delivered goods shall be made within the period of not more than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the moment of delivery of the goods and receipt from the supplier of the complete set of documents (upd, the passport of the vehicle, the certificate of approval of the type of transport means, Technical documentation of the Manufacturer-instruction Manual in russian, Service book for Technical and Warranty service, Act of acceptance and transfer of the vehicle). Payments for delivered goods are carried out in a non-cash form, by transferring funds to the current account of the Supplier. All calculations under this contract are completed by the registration of the Act of reconciliation of mutual settlements of the Parties.
Delivery terms:delivery of goods is carried out on the basis of the Buyer's application, which is an integral part of the contract The application specifies the name, quantity, price of the GOODS.
The application must be received by the supplier with confirmation of receipt by fax, e-mail, or by handing over to the authorized representative of the Supplier. Delivery time of the goods is not more than 45 working days from the date of receipt of the application from the Buyer.
The supplier carries out delivery of the goods to the recipient on his own and at his own expense.
