| Payment terms: | advance payment in the amount of 30% of the contract price shall be transferred by the purchaser to the account of the supplier on the basis of the supplier's invoice for the corresponding advance payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the agreement, provided Provision by the supplier to the buyer of a refund of the relevant advance payment.
The final calculation shall be made by the purchaser in respect of each item accepted by the purchaser within a period not exceeding 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the purchaser of the relevant unit of the goods (from the date of Invoice Form G-12). |
