If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays the cost of the goods to the Supplier within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. In connection with the establishment of a single payment day for the Buyer – Thursday, the Parties hereby agreed that all payments due to the Supplier under the terms of this Agreement will be made on the Thursday following the last day of the payment deadline, and this will not be a violation of the payment deadline.
Delivery terms:Delivery by the supplier to the Buyer's warehouse (Rostov region, Bagaevsky district, Zadonsky settlement)
Georeferencing:Russia, Rostov region, p.Zadonsky
Comments:
The offer must be supplemented with a scan of the commercial offer on the letterhead with the seal and signature of the head. The commercial offer must specify:
- Cost (analogues are allowed)
- manufacturer and article number
- Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse
- Consent to work under the standard contract of LLC "STG-Service"
- Acceptance of the payment terms specified in the request.
