Обоснование: Поскольку только один Участник закупки, подавший заявку на участие в запросе предложений, признан Участником запроса предложений, то на основании п.15.5.8 Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг ОАО «Сыктывкарский Водоканал» предлагается признать запрос предложений несостоявшимся. На основании п.5.2.4 (з,и) Положения о закупках товаров, работ, услуг ОАО «Сыктывкарский Водоканал» Комиссия по закупкам рекомендует осуществить закупку автомобильных шин путем размещения закупки у единственного поставщика
