Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for each batch of the Goods shall be made by bank transfer through the transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Supplier on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier for payment, with the condition of deferred payment within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the delivery of the Goods lot and delivery of originals of the commodity- a waybill and an invoice, provided there are no claims on the part of the Buyer regarding the quality, quantity, assortment of the Goods.

The delivery of the Goods is carried out during the term of the contract, in lots, in the assortment and in the quantity specified by the Customer's application within 24 (twenty four) hours from the date of receipt of the application (the delivery time of the Goods lot may be changed in the application as agreed by the parties).
