Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Покупатель выплачивает аванс в размере 50% (Пятьдесят процентов) от цены договора.
Оплата аванса производится по счёту Поставщика, выставленному на основании настоящего договора, в течение 15 (Пятнадцати) дней с момента заключения договора на основании счета.
Окончательную оплату Покупатель производит не позднее 15 (Пятнадцати) банковских дней после поставки товара и подписания товарной накладной.
Упаковка входит в общую стоимость поставляемого товара.
Оплата производится Покупателем в порядке и размерах, путем перечисления денежных средств в валюте Российской Федерации на расчетный счет Поставщика.
Обязанность Покупателя по оплате товара считается исполненной с момента поступления денежных средств на счет Поставщика.
