Payment terms:
Payment for the Products (batch of Products) is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment and is no more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a full set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products:
- Original bill of lading (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies .;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
