2) IT IS OBLIGATORY TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED COMMERCIAL OFFER (in excel format), according to the attached application form for participants, approved by Urals Capital LLC, otherwise, THE APPLICATION WILL BE REFUSED !!!
3) All prices in an offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement within 2 (two) working days according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the supply on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
