Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата стоимости партий товара производится по факту поставки в безналичном порядке путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет поставщика в течение 10 (десяти) дней с даты окончания текущего месячного периода. Датой поставки считается дата доставки товаров Поставщиком Покупателю и подписания Сторонами соответствующих товаросопроводительных документов. В случае начисления заказчиком неустойки (штрафа, пеней) и выставления требования об ее уплате, оплата по договору осуществляется только после уплаты поставщиком неустойки.
Delivery terms:Поставка осуществляется транспортом поставщика отдельными партиями по адресам Заказчика указанному в настоящей документации, в течение одного календарного дня со дня подачи заявки в письменной или электронной форме (в том числе по средствам телефонной и факсимильной связи) в срок до 14-00 часов по московскому времени. Погрузка-разгрузка товара осуществляется силами поставщика.
