Comments:
1) The participation of only manufacturers or official dealers. It is MANDATORY TO APPLY A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING AN OFFICIAL DEALER OR MANUFACTURE.
2) It is obligatory to provide a completed commercial proposal, according to the attached application form for participants, approved by Urals Capital LLC.
3) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the tender, it means that if it is declared the winner, it will conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OOO Uralsk Capital without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.
6) The contract is concluded with UTT Vostok LLC, a member of the Urals Capital LLC Group of Companies
