| Payment terms: | Payment shall be made by the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the authorized representatives of the Parties of the invoice (form TORG -12), receipt of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and invoice for payment. The date of payment shall be the date of debiting funds from the account of the Buyer. |
