Payment terms:
The bid price must include all of the Challenger's performance costs, excluding VAT and including transportation costs.

Payment Terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the Goods on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day after the transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original bill of goods (TRADE-12) with the mandatory indication of the contract number, copies of the goods and transport documents, issued in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation. The payer under the contract is the Buyer
Delivery terms:
Delivery of the Goods after the conclusion of the Contract is carried out by the Supplier between February 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022 in the amounts specified in the Buyer's quarterly specifications. The specifications are faxed to the Vendor 40 calendar days prior to the scheduled month of delivery. The quarterly specifications specify the name, quantity, value of the Goods, consignee, and delivery time. The estimated delivery schedule for the Goods is provided in Appendices No. 2 to the General Information.
The Goods are transported (delivered) by road according to the shipping details specified in the specification (Appendix No. 2 to the draft contract).
The obligation to deliver the Goods rests with the Supplier.

The Supplier carries (delivery) of the Goods to their destination. "Destination" Parties mean:
- Purchaser's (Consignee) Destination Depot — for delivery by road.
When transporting (delivering) the Goods, the Supplier shall comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the carriage of goods/goods by any means of transport.
The Supplier's obligations to deliver (transfer) the Goods are deemed to have been fulfilled when the Goods are transferred to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination The moment of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) shall
- according to the date of receipt (issuance) of the Goods in the goods and transport document issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation governing the carriage of the Goods appropriate mode of transport.
Ownership, as well as risks related to the loss or deterioration of the Goods, pass from the Supplier to the Buyer upon delivery (transfer) of the Goods.
For delivery of a Product consisting of multiple parts and declared as a single unit of delivery in the specification, ownership of the Goods passes from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery ( transfer) the last part of the Product.
The quality of the Goods supplied must be confirmed by the manufacturer's passport and/or a certificate of quality (conformity), and/or other document if the product is mandatory in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods delivered under the Contract: packing lists; picking lists for each shipping place indicating: complete and correct name, mass dimensions (length, width, height, net/gross weight), questionnaire number, capital construction object name, numeric marking (information on Principle: place number out of the total number of seats); technical passports (where applicable); security passports; quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods; manufacturer's warranty and warranty period; operating instructions (where applicable). The technical documentation must comply with the requirements set by the relevant Customs Union Technical Regulations (where applicable). Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.
The Supplier shall be liable for the quality of the products delivered under the Contract, regardless of the manufacturer.
