Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the cost of fuels and lubricants in the following order: on the basis of the Supplier's invoice, within 3 banking days from the date of its issuance, the Buyer makes an advance payment for the Goods to the Supplier's account. The Buyer's payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received on the Supplier's current account.
Delivery terms:from the moment of the conclusion of the Agreement and until the complete expenditure of the Customer's funds under the Agreement (or until 31.12.2021)
The Supplier must provide round-the-clock refueling of the Customer's vehicles using fuel cards through the network of gas stations in the Tver region, with the issuance of a cash register receipt.
