Preliminary consideration of reverse auction bids
When submitting a reverse auction bid, the bidders need to upload to the System the documents in accordance with the requirements given in the reverse auction documents. On the basis of the received reverse auction bids the Organizer shall decide on allowing the bidders access to participation in the bidding procedure.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:First payment — 40% — within 3 (three) business days of signing the contract;
Second payment — 30% — within 3 (three) business days from the supplier's notification of the equipment ready for shipment from the manufacturer;
Third payment — of 27% — within 3 (three) business days from the arrival of the Equipment at the customer site and signing the certificate of receiving-transfer of the Equipment for storage;
The fourth payment is 3% within 3 (three) business days from the actual completion of the commissioning and signing of the equipment ready for operation by the customer.
Terms of delivery:Manufacturing equipment at the factory until December 31, 2021
Delivery of equipment to customer's site until January 31, 2022
Installation and commissioning of the acquired equipment must be completed by February 15, 2022.
Georeferencing:Novosibirsk region .
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
